Presence at Work is announcing a global ‘Allies’ series of our Collective Leadership Programme and is inviting change agents and leaders – public/private and non-profit - who share our insight that a systems approach to leadership is the way forward to address increasing complexity and global challenges affecting business and organisations everywhere. In this programme we emphasise leading collectively, focusing on skills and behaviours that will enable leaders to connect, co-create and co-lead together in a different way to innovate and transform effectively within and across organisational boundaries. We embrace the premise that true innovation and change will emerge from a collective’s wisdom. When we have a shared clarity of purpose and are able to truly leverage collective strengths towards achieving goals, we are able to perform to our fullest potential.
