This two-day course gives you what you need to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise successfully into the adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps, SAFe is the framework chosen by global market leaders to leverage Business Agility.

Learn how to establish team and technical Agility. Organize and re-organize around the flow of value. During this two-day course you will learn to:

The Leading SAFe course is a two-day training program. Each course day starts at 08:30 and ends at 17:30. The day includes a lunch break and several breaks throughout the day to ensure you can absorb all the information without getting overloaded.

Prerequisites

Anyone is welcome to attend the Leading SAFe course, regardless of role or experience.

For those who intend to take the SAFe® Agilist (SA) certification exam, the following prerequisites are highly recommended:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management;
• Experience in Scrum.
