This guided, practical, and reflective workshop helps you uncover what energizes you, define how you want to contribute to the world, and create space to live in alignment with your values.

What is Purpose in Personal Leadership?
We begin by demystifying the idea of “purpose.” You’ll learn how it differs from passion, goals, or achievements and why purpose serves as a lasting compass that guides not only your choices but also how you show up for others.

Exploring Your Purpose
As part of the workshop, you’ll receive a purpose workbook designed to guide your reflections step by step. It includes exercises on mapping your life timeline, uncovering your core values, identifying your strengths, and space to craft your personal purpose statement. This workbook will become your personal guide, not just during the session, but as a resource you can revisit anytime you need clarity or a reset.

How I Discovered My Purpose
You’ll be inspired by my personal story of how I found clarity in a time of confusion, the practices that helped me, and how I integrated my purpose into my work and life. This section will inspire and reassure you that purpose is found through real, everyday experiences.

Living Your Purpose
Finally, we’ll explore how to integrate your purpose into daily life. From small, immediate shifts to bigger life decisions, you’ll learn practical ways to embody servant personal leadership, where your growth and contribution go hand in hand.
