The “Negotiations for Women” workshop is designed to help women develop the mindset, skills, and strategies needed to negotiate effectively and confidently. Research shows that women are less likely to negotiate their salaries, promotions, or work conditions compared to men, often because they perceive´no´ as a final rejection rather than the start of a negotiation process. This workshop dismantles such barriers and equips women with tools to advocate for their worth.

Through structured modules on preparation, strategy, play, and agreement, you will

- How to prepare a negotiation strategy that includes clear objectives, arguments, and influence mapping.
- How to reframe´no´as the beginning of the negotiation, not the end.
