During the Complex Problem Solving training course, you will learn how to become more successful at identifying, understanding and solving complex problems.

Purpose:
After this training: - You are able to analyse problems in order to understand them properly, - You understand the phases and steps involved in solving problems, -You know how to deal with different stakeholders, - You know how to come up with strong ideas and solutions, - You know how to test, measure and implement new ideas.
Target audience:
This training is intended for professionals who want to improve their processes and way of working. This training assumes a higher professional education level of thinking.
Pre-education:
For this course, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
