This 2-day training program is designed for professionals with Workforce Management (WFM) experience who wish to deepen their understanding of scheduling. By the end of this course, participants will gain a thorough understanding of scheduling software logic, learn to assess the quality of schedules, and provide actionable advice to enhance scheduling efficiency.

This training is led by a trainer who speaks both English and Dutch. Sessions are conducted in English by default, and in Dutch when all participants are Dutch-speaking.
