Do you want to learn how to manage your time better in a short period? In this one-day training, you'll work on becoming more effective and efficient with your time. You'll identify time-wasters and learn how to set priorities. Using practical tools, you'll gain insight into where your time goes and how to create more calm through better overview. By clearly defining your tasks and goals, making conscious choices, and planning effectively, you'll make better use of your time and take control of your schedule.
Approach
Your daily practice is central to this training. To understand your current situation, you’ll start with a time analysis. Based on this, you’ll define your personal learning goals. During the training, you’ll work on these goals, practice new behaviors, internalize them, and apply them to your work. Together with the trainer, you’ll create an action plan that gives you a concrete tool to implement the changes in practice.
