When do you deliver the greatest added value as a professional? Often, the difference between a high-impact project and a less impactful one lies in what key stakeholders did or didn’t do. Effective stakeholder management helps you make conscious choices upfront, increasing your chances of success. In many roles, it’s essential to engage stakeholders – clients, internal colleagues, external partners, project members – especially when driving innovation or change. But how do they view these changes?

This training equips you with a concrete stakeholder action plan. You’ll learn which influencing styles to use and how to network effectively, so you understand the dynamics within and beyond your organization.

Before the training, you’ll define your learning goals and choose a project or real-life situation to develop a stakeholder action plan for. During the training, you’ll actively work on this case. You’ll apply a force field analysis to map your stakeholders and use a stakeholder communication matrix to determine the right actions and priorities.

You’ll gain insight into various influencing styles and practice applying them in your own context. Topics include:
