ApproachDuring the training, you’ll gain insight into your communication skills: what you already master, what can be improved, and how to approach that. This is a practical, hands-on training where doing is key. You’ll learn how to deliver a message effectively and understand the importance of non-verbal communication. Topics include LSP (Listening, Summarizing, Probing), non-verbal cues, and taking control in conversations. After this training, you’ll communicate more clearly and listen more attentively. The trainer will tailor the session to your personal learning goals, based on a pre-training intake.
