Adapting to change in the workplace is often harder than it seems. Especially when changes come rapidly, such as through ongoing digitalization. So how do you stay flexible and actively engage with what’s being asked of you? And how do you bring your colleagues along in a positive flow of change? This requires empathy and the right influencing skills. In this training, you’ll gain deeper self-awareness and learn how you respond to change. You’ll discover what change really does to people and how you can influence it effectively.
Approach
This person-centered training offers new insights into human behavior and change. You’ll learn what change triggers in people and how to respond effectively. You’ll explore how the brain works and receive tools to enhance your own and others’ agility. You’ll also develop skills to better handle emotions and resistance. Through case studies and practical simulations, you’ll practice these new skills during the training. You’ll conclude with a personal action plan to help you apply what you’ve learned in your daily work.
