We start with a comprehensible sample schedule and clear instructions, so that everyone can make probabilistic schedules without complex preparation. You import risks efficiently via Excel, which fits modern working methods. We delve into Thresholds, Classifications and Matrices, and you learn to report using Risk Codes. You will develop analysis skills with Distribution and Tornado charts. You'll gain insight into the advanced settings of Monte Carlo analysis.
