Opleiding: KT Problem Solving: eLearning & Expert Coaching

The KT Problem Solving eLearning & Expert Coaching program provides a foundational understanding of Kepner-Tregoe's Situation Appraisal and Problem Analysis methodologies.

The workshop consists of 2 parts:

• Dynamic, application-based eLearning combines an introduction to the KT methods with practical examples. This helps learners discover how to successfully apply critical thinking and rational process to real-world issues.
• During and after completing the eLearning, participants join virtual coaching sessions with a KT expert to practice applying their knowledge, review key concepts and interact with other learners.

What you will learn

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to use Kepner-Tregoe critical thinking skills to gather key information about issues, test hypotheses about cause, and confirm the root cause. 

Learners study at their own pace and according to their personal schedules. This means more convenience and less disruption. At the same time the instructor-led coaching helps to embed the concepts and deepen the understanding, and motivates for continued use.
