Introductie
The Insights Discovery methodology provides illuminating insights into how people think, work, and communicate. The premise of this method is that every person is unique, with special talents, qualities, and personal preference styles. These unique differences make individuals special and add value to their collaboration with others.
In this interactive online training, you will be introduced to this methodology, which works with four colors (green, yellow, red, and blue). These colors provide practical insights into your own reactions and behavior and help you understand why others may behave very differently. This way, you gain knowledge not only about yourself but also about your colleagues. The colors refer to behavioral preferences that determine how you react, think, and act, both in positive situations and in more challenging ones.
During this session, you will delve deeper with the trainer, learning to recognize behavior and communication patterns in yourself and others. Additionally, you will gain insight into how to adjust your behavior to better align with others, thereby improving collaboration where necessary.
To make this training as valuable as possible, each participant will complete the personal (online) Insights Discovery questionnaire prior to the training.

Opzet van dit programma
This training is conducted in an interactive online session lasting a total of 3 hours via Teams. You will learn from an experienced trainer and collaborate with other participants in breakout rooms on short assignments, allowing you to learn from each other as well.
