A lot of presentations take place in an informal setting. You present yourself at the coffee machine, you convince while talking to colleagues or you create confidence in meetings. On all these occasions you present yourself and convince by your personal presentation. Sometimes your appearance is less effective than you would like. This training teaches you how to come across as competent and sympathetic without having to behave like an actor.

Manage your presence

Sometimes your presence is less effective than you would like. For example, you may be an absolute expert in your field, but receive feedback that you need to put yourself outthere more because you are 'too invisible'. Or you may be a nice and modest person, but colleagues find you arrogant or aloof. If you come across as insufficiently warm and competent, the unpleasant consequence will be that you evoke resistance or are not taken seriously.

Because how you come across is so decisive for your effectiveness, it is important that you manage your presence. During this Leadership Presence training you will discover how others perceive you. You get an analysis of your appearance and we point out what works well and what does not. Together we determine what your objective is. How do you want to come across? Which aspects of your professionalism remain underexposed and which do you absolutely not want to lose?

This analysis will increase your insight enormously; you will finally understand why people react to you in a certain way. Then we will show what you can do to optimize your appearance. This allows you to make adjustments to your appearance without losing authenticity. The result is that you create more influence and support.

What are we going to do

Prior to this training you will collect feedback from your colleagues through our test. This will give you an impression of how others see your personal presentation.

• You will learn the secrets of reading charisma using 'The Big Two' theory from social psychology: competence and warmth.
• There will be a baseline measurement of your personal charisma. This will bring both your pitfalls and opportunities as a professional into sharp focus.
• You learn how to profile yourself and convince others of your expertise.
• We show you how small adjustments can create much more confidence and warmth.
• Using our Focus Method, you will learn how to come across as expert and warm without having to act. You will enjoy this during presentations in front of the group, but also during presentations in meetings.
• Because the goal of this training is to increase the level of knowledge and skills, we work in a small group with a maximum of 6 people. This ensures that each participant takes individual steps.
