Coaching by an Expert of PRORIS can be very useful for an Individual in Project or Agile Leadership, a Project or Agile Team or an Agile or Project oriented Organisation and focuses on an interactive exchange in order to improve Leadership performance, team Performance or Organisation Performance. PRORIS has Experts in Agile and Project environments.

Coaching by an Expert of PRORIS starts with a SMART question and tailored to needs of a Choachee and adapted to the environment of the company and the Individual or Team. The aim of a Coaching Journey is to accelerate the development of your leadership, Team Performance and Organisation Performance.

In case of an Individual who wants to improve his or her Leadership the starting point will be an Evaluation of Leadership Skills in order to determine an Individual Coaching Journey. Part of the Leadership Evaluation also a Personal Profile may be constructed based on Personality questionnaire.

In case of Team Coaching a Team Performance Profile will be evaluated in order to determine the content (consisting a selection of different Teamwork challenges) of a Team Coaching Journey. Part of the Evaluation also a Personal Profile may be constructed based on Personality questionnaire for every team member.

A Coaching question concerning Organisation’s Performance, then an organisation Performance Profile will be evaluated in order to determine an Organisation Development Journey. The evaluation is done with the PRORIS 3-Core Competences Model©.
