Opleiding: Leadership of Project Teams (Project Leiderschap)

Leading Project Team is a solid, hands-on e-Learning course for people who want to acquire in-depth knowledge about leadership and behavioral skills as a team leader. The e-Learning course focuses on following:

• Self-reflection and self-management

• Communication skills

• Motivation and engagement

• Leadership

• Teamwork

• Problem solving and negotiation

At the end of the course, the participants will be able to:

• • Evaluate and manage difficult relationships within a team

  • React and take decisions according to the particular situation

  • Apply a sound knowledge of team management, chairing meetings, negotiation, and conflict management

  • Find solutions to problems that arise within project teams or with other project stakeholders

  • Contribute to project success

Once the access activated, it will be valid for 12 months. The average duration for completing the course is 9 hours

Extra service: You can choose to be tutored by an Expert during the course. You can also choose to take a Leadership package which starts with an Individual Leadership Skills Evaluation, followed by an E-learning Leadership of Project Teams tutored by an Expert and concluded with a 2 day Masterclass from an Expert accompanied with a Project Leadership Game.
