Wat is Psychologische Veiligheid eigenlijk en hoe beïnvloed dit dan de prestaties van een team?
In deze twee daagse opleiding leer jij als HR Business partner welke zeven elementen aan de basis liggen van de Team Psychologische Veiligheid en hoe deze elementen de prestatie van een team beïnvloeden. Daarnaast leer je de vijf aspecten kennen die vanuit jouw organisatie bepalen wat het maximale rendement beïnvloed van de Team Psychologische Veiligheid.
Naast de theoretische achtergrond en de praktische invulling van deze opleiding, leer je kennis maken met de meetmethodiek en rapportage die WIAL Nederland gebruikt om de Team Psychologische Veiligheid in een team te meten, of om de invloed van de teamleider hierop inzichtelijk te maken.
De inhoud van deze training is vormgegeven door Peter Cauwelier, op basis van het gedachtegoed van Amy Edmondson. Deze training is gebaseerd op uitvoerig onderzoek in meer dan 1100 teams, wereldwijd.
De rapportage die volgt uit de metingen levert niet alleen inzicht op in de huidige status, maar levert direct ook concrete handvaten op ter verbetering van de Team Psychologische Veiligheid van het team.
Na afronding van de training, ben jij in staat om de psychologische veiligheid in een team in te schatten. Met behulp van de interviews, kun je deze ook inzichtelijk maken. Als onderdeel van deze training kun je beide interviews eenmalig kosteloos inzetten en gebruik maken van een consult van de trainer bij het interpreteren van de resultaten. Scrum Product Owner Advanced is a two-day, in-depth training designed for experienced Product Owners who want to strengthen both their theoretical understanding and practical application of Scrum in real-world, complex environments. The course is built around structured learning blocks connected to key advanced Product Owner themes, including working with Scrum in complex contexts, adopting the different stances of the Product Owner, and engaging effectively with stakeholders at an organizational level. Participants explore how business strategy, product vision, value, and evidence-based management come together in modern product development.
The training places strong emphasis on customer representation, hypothesis-driven development, experimentation, and advanced product backlog management. Practical techniques are woven throughout the program, allowing experienced professionals to bring their own challenges, questions, and insights into the learning process. Topics such as empiricism, Definition of Done, product backlog, risk management, and leadership are explored through discussion and applied exercises.
Day one focuses on empiricism, Agile principles, product vision and strategy, and the practical challenges of maintaining a clear and actionable Product Backlog. The day ends with a short retrospective to reflect and adapt.
Day two starts with a check-in and continues with advanced stakeholder engagement, development and experimentation, value and evidence-based management, and leadership and risk considerations. The final sessions support preparation for the PSPO II exam, followed by discussion of parked topics and an outlook on certification and continued growth as a Product Owner.
As Product Owners gain experience, challenges shift from understanding Scrum basics to navigating complexity, organizational dynamics, and strategic decision-making.
