Waarom de cursus BPM, BPMN en BPMS in de praktijk volgen?
Veel bedrijven worstelen met het in goede banen leiden van verschillende processen. Want hoe zorg je ervoor dat alle elementen (mensen, softwareapplicaties, activiteiten en het beleid) zo op elkaar zijn afgestemd dat er een optimale workflow ontstaat? Wat is Business Process Management (BPM)?
Met Business Process Management (BPM) automatiseer en stroomlijn je de verschillende processen van jouw organisatie. Met behulp van Business Process Management Systeem (BPMS) automatiseer je het BPM grotendeels. Het BPMS zorgt ervoor dat je de processen centraal beheert, analyseert en optimaliseert. Tijdens deze cursus bespreken we de werking en implementatie van een BPMS uitvoerig.

Wat is Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)?
Om uiteindelijk de hele organisatie mee te krijgen in het proces gebruiken we de Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN). Hiermee kun je de verschillende processen op een begrijpelijke en consistente manier met medewerkers delen. Deze grafische weergave van de processen geeft een beter inzicht in de kernactiviteiten. Hoe je dit precies doet en en eenvoudig in de praktijk brengt, behandelen we tijdens de tweede dag van de cursus.

Doel :

Tijdens deze cursus bespreken we de architectuur van applicaties waarmee BPM grotendeels is te automatiseren. Deze Business Process Management Systemen (BPMS) bieden de mogelijkheid tot het centraal beheren, uitvoeren, analyseren en optimaliseren van end-to-end business processen. Het doel hiervan is een beter begrip van process management en procesmodellering te krijgen.
