Als je processen wilt verbeteren en helder wilt vastleggen, helpt deze cursus je om grip te krijgen op zowel Business Process Management als de BPMN-notatie. Je ontdekt hoe je processen analyseert, waar verspillingen en knelpunten ontstaan en hoe je met duidelijke modellen meer structuur brengt in je dagelijkse werk. Je leert niet alleen hoe je processen inzichtelijk maakt, maar vooral hoe je deze kennis inzet om betere keuzes te maken binnen je organisatie.
Tijdens de cursus ga je stap voor stap aan de slag met procesanalyse, requirements gathering en het uitwerken van zowel AS IS- als TO BE-processen. Je krijgt inzicht in workflow-diagrammen, proces-layering en de rol van business rules binnen BPM. Ook verdiep je je in BPMN 2.0, waarbij je werkt met events, gateways, transacties en foutafhandeling. Door de combinatie van methodieken, analysetechnieken en praktijkmodellen krijg je een compleet beeld van hoe moderne procesverbetering werkt en hoe je dit toepast in complexe organisaties.
Je oefent met realistische scenario's waarin je een proces uitwerkt van analyse tot redesign, inclusief het testen van verbeteringen en het beoordelen van impact op teams en systemen. Je werkt aan cases waarin je BPMN-modellen bouwt, risico's inschat en concrete verbeterplannen opstelt, zodat je de geleerde technieken direct kunt toepassen in je eigen werkomgeving.
