PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner in English

For those who would like to attend PRINCE2 training in English Global Project Performance organizes open trainings and incompany trainings on a regular basis for smaller groups, large groups and sometimes even individuals. During the PRINCE2 Foundation training you will be familiarised with the basic concepts of the 7 principles, 7 themes, 7 processes and tailoring PRINCE2 to the project environment. During the PRINCE2 Practitioner training you will learn to apply PRINCE2 to a scenario and analyze situations that you might face in typical projects. If you are an experienced project manager with academic education there is also the option to combine both trainings to a PRINCE2 Fast Track and dive into the deep straight away.

This training covers all elements of PRINCE2: the principles, themes, processes and tailoring. Depending on whether you attend a Foundation training or Practitioner training the training will go more in-depth and become more challenging.

During the tailoring section you will learn who to apply and tailor PRINCE2 to typical projects for example: a small project or a project in a programme environment.
