Opleiding: Stratego Masterclass for Women - 6 months, Women's Leadership

Stratego Masterclass for Women

Develop your leadership skills, strengthen your strategic abilities, and confidently make an impact on your career and organization.

The Stratego Masterclass for Women is a special six-month program for ambitious women who want to exert more influence, operate more strategically, and take control of their own careers. This unique program has been successfully offered for over 20 years and has been attended by hundreds of women.

You will learn to recognize the unwritten rules within organizations, strategically understand the political landscape and power dynamics, and effectively navigate various power dynamics. You will develop your personal leadership style, boost your self-confidence, and learn to project, position, and present yourself powerfully. In addition, you will develop practical skills in negotiation, influence, and strategic action.

By combining personal case studies with insights from scientific research, professional literature, and real-world experience, you will gain concrete tools to achieve your goals and operate with greater impact. You’ll learn to work smarter, not harder, and discover how to leverage your personal vision, values, and qualities to be seen as a powerful and credible discussion partner.

As part of the program, you will also receive two one-on-one coaching sessions. During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to focus on your personal goals, specific challenges, and areas for growth. This will allow you to apply the insights from the Masterclass to your own practice and receive personalized guidance in achieving your ambitions.

The Masterclass offers a safe and inspiring environment where, over the course of six months, you will learn, practice, and grow alongside a group of other ambitious women. You will leave with greater self-confidence, deeper strategic insight, more influence, and greater control over your career, as well as a valuable network that will continue to inspire you long after the program ends.
