To enroll in this course, an electrical engineering background at a minimum of MBO level is required. Completion of the courseElectrical Switchingor a comparable course is also acceptable.

You will be trained at an MBO level 3 standard of work and thinking.

The NEN 3140 Inspection of electrical work equipment course lasts one day and consists of 50% practical training. During the course, you will learn about:- Discussing your own work environment using workplace assignments- Why, by whom, and periodic inspection of work equipment- Classification of electrical work equipment- Common defects and associated risks- Visual inspection of equipment- Threshold values and measurement methods for insulation resistance, protective conductor resistance, and leakage current- Reporting of measurement dataYou finish the course with a practical final test. After completing the course, you will receive a certificate. Your employer can use this certificate to recognize you as an Inspector of electrical work equipment. - The trainer checks your practical skills during the course - If you pass, you will receive a certificate - If you attend at least 50% of the course, you will always receive a proof of participation
