Opleiding: High-Impact Public Speaking
HIGH-IMPACT PUBLIC SPEAKING
Turn complex ideas into messages people understand,
remember and act on
Being an expert in your field is one thing. Making others listen,
understand and act on your ideas is another.
From Expertise to Impact helps professionals turn knowledge
and expertise into communication that connects. Participants
strengthen their own authentic presentation style and learn how
to communicate with greater confidence, clarity and authority –
without becoming someone they are not.
Because powerful presenting is about more than delivering the
right content. Content and form are inseparable. What you say
matters, but how you say it determines whether people listen,
understand and remember. Voice, body language, structure,
interaction and presence all shape the impact of a message.
Strong presenters don’t simply deliver a prepared story. They
are present. They read the room, connect with their audience
and adapt when needed. They know how to make complex
information accessible without oversimplifying it – and how
to bring an audience with them from expertise to insight and
action.
Our approach is highly practical. Participants present several
times throughout the programme, experiment with different
techniques and receive direct, personal feedback. They
experience immediately how small changes in delivery can
create a significant difference in impact.
Participants learn to:
• develop and strengthen their authentic presentation style;
• turn complex expertise into clear and compelling messages;
• use voice, pace, pauses and intonation to create impact;
• use body language and non-verbal communication with
purpose;
• capture and maintain audience attention;
• create genuine interaction and connection;
• adapt their communication to different audiences and
situations;
• make key messages clear and memorable;
• use rhetorical techniques employed by influential speakers;
• stay present and confident, even in challenging situations;
• reflect on their own impact and identify opportunities for
further development.
The goal is not to create a particular type of speaker. It is to
help participants become a stronger version of themselves –
able to turn their expertise into communication that people
understand, remember and act on.
