OVERVIEW

This course helps organizations improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and expand the capabilities of their existing Access solutions.

Participants will learn advanced techniques for working with relationships, queries, forms, and reports, as well as how to import, link, and export data from external sources. The course also introduces macros and navigation forms to help automate tasks and create complete desktop database applications. By the end of the course, learners will be able to optimize databases, improve usability, and deliver more polished, professional Access applications.

After this course participants should be able to:

• Enforce data accuracy and consistency by creating table relationships and applying referential integrity.

• Import, link, and export data from external sources such as Excel and other databases.
• Create advanced forms with improved layout, formatting, subforms, and user-friendly navigation.
