Opleiding: Mastering IBM AIX Migrations [AN39DG]
OVERVIEW
This self-paced introductory course teaches students how to perform AIX migrations. Students will learn how to migrate from AIX 7.2 to AIX 7.3. They will explore the available migration options, such as migrating with NIM and performing conventional migrations using AIX media. In the hands-on labs students will have the opportunity to migrate an AIX system to AIX 7.3 using these options.
It is highly recommended that students have prior experience with AIX system administration. Familiarity with AIX Network Installation Management (NIM) is also recommended. Completing the AIX Network Installation Management Concepts and Configuration (AN22G) course is strongly encouraged before taking this course.
