In this one-day training, you’ll discover how to be more confident yet tactful when confronting other people. You will learn how to improve the quality of your conversations and how to act more assertively. This skill will help you stay true to your values and draw more energy from your work. The training begins with identifying your personal conflict style. Together with a small group of peers, you’ll then explore different methods of confrontation and the art of setting boundaries.
