Blijvende verandering in communicatie
Persoonlijke en effectieve communicatie gaat verder dan de juiste woorden. In communicatie breng je jezelf mee. Je overtuigingen, patronen en eerdere ervaringen. Dat gaat vanzelf, maar je merkt steeds vaker dat jouw gebruikelijke manier van communiceren niet altijd effectief is. Je loopt vast in gesprekken, raakt sneller geprikkeld dan je wilt, komt te direct over of juist te terughoudend. Je wilt meer in contact zijn, minder uit impuls reageren en de emotie uit je verhaal kunnen halen. Je maakt echt contact, zodat je je gesprekspartner raakt en overtuigt van jouw doel.
Onder jouw communicatie liggen patronen die vaak helpend zijn, maar je nu in de weg kunnen staan. Effectieve Persoonlijke Communicatie is een diepgaande en persoonlijke training waarin je de ruimte krijgt om dit te onderzoeken. Je onderzoekt wie jij bent in contact, welke patronen jouw communicatie kleuren en hoe je blijvende verandering kunt aanbrengen in hoe je met anderen omgaat. Je kijkt voorbij wat je al weet, onderzoekt waarom je doet wat je doet en ziet hoe jouw gedrag, vaak onbewust, impact heeft op anderen. De visagist zorgt voor een mooie touch-up, ook voor de heren. Het wordt geen hele metamorfose, maar net even touch-up zodat je niet glanst en mooier tot je recht komt op de foto.
Het tijdstip plannen we in overleg met jou. Visagie en fotografie samen duurt ongeveer 10 tot 20 minuten.
Neem een extra set kleding mee, zodat we kunnen kijken wat jou het mooist staat op de foto. Je mag er ook voor kiezen om met 2 verschillende outfits op de foto te gaan.
