NotebookLM, inmiddels ook Gemini Notebook genoemd en geïntegreerd in de Gemini-app, biedt hier een concreet antwoord. Je koppelt je eigen documenten aan een notebook en krijgt antwoorden die telkens terugverwijzen naar de bron. Tijdens deze training leer je hoe je dat opzet, en net zo belangrijk, hoe je dat zorgvuldig doet.
De training is praktisch van opzet. Je werkt aan een praktijkcase, bouwt notebooks per proces of klant, ordent je bronnen en ontwikkelt een promptbibliotheek per rol. Huurrecht op het snijvlak van bestuursrecht en omgevingsrecht, Bestuurs(proces)recht
Verhuurders en huurders hebben niet alleen met het BW te maken maar ook met bestuurlijke wetgeving. In de huurrechtpraktijk komt het bestuursrecht om de hoek kijken bij onderwerpen als: woningdelen, vakantieverhuur, de bestemming en het gebruik van het gehuurde. Via bestuurlijke regels grijpt de overheid in op de positie van huurders en verhuurders. Voor een goede uitoefening van de huurrechtpraktijk (woonruimte en bedrijfsruimte) is basale kennis van bestuurswetgeving op deze terreinen daarom noodzakelijk.
Via bestuurlijke wetgeving worden verplichtingen opgelegd aan huurders en verhuurders ten aanzien van de staat van het gehuurde én het gebruik van het gehuurde.
In de cursus wordt aandacht besteed aan de Omgevingswet, de Huisvestingswet, de Wet goed verhuurderschap en de Leegstandswet. Deze wetten worden uitgewerkt op gemeentelijk niveau. Daardoor kunnen regels over de bestemming en het gebruik van huurwoningen per gemeente verschillen.
Tijdens deze cursus krijg je in het eerste programmadeel in vogelvlucht een overzicht van het bestuursrecht in het algemeen en de relatie tot het huurrecht. Ook gaan de docenten in op de meest actuele jurisprudentie van bestuursrechtelijke onderwerpen in het huurrecht.
Daarbij wordt aandacht besteed aan bestuurlijke handhaving waar huurder en verhuurder mee geconfronteerd kunnen worden.
In het tweede programmadeel nemen de docenten praktijkcasussen met je door. Aan de hand van de casussen wordt inzicht gegeven in de werking van het bestuursrecht en omgevingswetgeving bij de oplossing van huurrechtzaken.
