Dit gecertificeerde programma voor HR-professionals, D&I-managers, CEO's of andere professionals die met D&I aan de slag gaan, is een compleet en intensief programma dat je alle informatie geeft over alle aspecten van diversiteit en inclusie. Uniek aan dit programma is de mogelijkheid om stakeholders uit je organisatie mee te nemen om samen de noodzakelijke verandering door te voeren.Alle aspecten van zowel diversiteit als inclusie komen aan bod in dit programma met gerenommeerde wetenschappers en experts uit Europa en de VS die hun onderzoek, inzichten en best practices delen. Aan het einde van dit programma beschik je over alle vaardigheden en tools die je nodig hebt om je eigen persoonlijke, uitvoerbare D&I-strategie te creëren.

​Unique to this course is the possibility to invite stakeholders from your own organisation for 5 of the lectures for free. It helps you to exchange your experience and knowledge and to help you better connect with your stakeholders: Essential for the success of your D&I strategy and implementation.

Guest lectures, gamification, learning materials, and the possibility to bring your stakeholders to some of the lectures, are included in the program. Individual coaching is also offered to make sure your D&I strategy is a perfect fit for your organization with the emphasis on the subjects you would like to concentrate on (f.i. gender, culture/ethnic, or age diversity).

The course is online due to the international character of the programme. Except the last two days which will be on location in Amsterdam.
