In the Female Career Game workshop, you will discuss real case studies and work-related situations that we collected from different industries: finance, healthcare, IT, consulting; and experience how you can choose a more strategic actions in your work. Through an experiential and playful way, you will learn how to achieve your ambitions, build confidence, and, most importantly, find more joy in your work.

Long description:
After completing the Female Career Game workshop you show up at work with more clarity and intention. In meetings, you position your
ideas strategically instead of waiting to be noticed. In conversations with your manager, you speak about impact and influence rather than just effort.

You build your network consciously, understand the unwritten rules, and respond to challenges with strategy instead of emotion. You don’t just work hard anymore - you work smart, with confidence, agency, and more joy.

How Does It Work?
Sign up individually, and we will assign all participants to teams. Together with your team, you will compete for the title of the first female CEO of Pear, a fictional yet realistic organization. In an exciting competition against the other team, you will progress through four career stages: Junior, Senior, Manager, and Director. Throughout the game, you discuss real case studies and work-related situations that we collected from different industries: finance, healthcare, IT, consulting, etc; and experience how you can choose a more strategic actions in your work. Through an experiential and playful way, you will learn how to achieve your ambitions, build confidence, and, most importantly, find more joy in your work.
