In the Female Career Game, you’ll explore real-life case studies and workplace situations inspired by a range of industries, including finance, healthcare, IT, and consulting. Through an interactive and playful experience, you’ll discover how to approach workplace challenges more strategically, make yourself more visible, and take greater ownership of your career.

You’ll learn how to turn your ambitions into action, build confidence, and – most importantly – create more impact and joy in your work.

Long Description

After completing the Female Career Game, you’ll return to work with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.

You’ll learn how to position your ideas strategically in meetings instead of waiting to be noticed. In conversations with your manager, you’ll be better equipped to talk about your impact, ambitions, and influence – not just your effort.

You’ll build your network more consciously, understand the unwritten rules of your organization, and approach workplace challenges with strategy rather than uncertainty. Instead of simply working harder, you’ll learn to work smarter – with greater confidence, agency, and enjoyment.

How Does It Work?

Sign up individually, and we’ll assign you to a team. Together, you’ll compete for the title of the first female CEO of Pear – a fictional yet realistic organization.

In an exciting competition against other teams, you’ll progress through four career stages:

Junior → Senior → Manager → Director

At each stage, you’ll tackle real-life case studies and workplace situations inspired by experiences from different industries, including finance, healthcare, IT, and consulting. Together with your team, you’ll explore different ways of approaching these situations and discover how strategic choices can influence your career progression.

Through an experiential, interactive, and playful approach, you’ll learn how to navigate workplace dynamics, increase your visibility, build influence, and turn your ambitions into action.
