Workshop AdviesvaardighedenAls intern of extern adviseur voer je gesprekken waarin veel tegelijk speelt. Je kent je vak, je ziet haarscherp wat er nodig is en je hebt een helder beeld van de beste route vooruit. Toch merk je dat jouw advies niet altijd vanzelf wordt overgenomen. Soms ontstaat er gedoe, onbegrip of een vorm van getouwtrek die je niet direct kunt plaatsen.
Wat leer je tijdens de Workshop Adviesvaardigheden?In deze workshop ontdek je hoe je meer invloed uitoefent in adviesgesprekken door zicht te krijgen op de onzichtbare dynamieken die bepalen wat er wél of niet gebeurt met jouw voorstel.
