De training Verandermanagement Foundation gaat in op de belangrijkste modellen, instrumenten en principes op het gebied van verandermanagement. Bovendien gaat u in deze training aan de slag met uw eigen casus, of die van de medecursisten. Een flinke dosis praktijk dus en oefeningen die u de volgende dag al in de praktijk kunt brengen! Na afloop van de training kunt u bovendien het Change Management Foundation examen van APMG International afleggen. Dit is een internationaal erkend certificaat dat ook door het wereldwijde Change Management Institute wordt ondersteund.
Leerdoelen
Deze training beoogt u effectiever te maken in het herkennen van, begrijpen van en omgaan met:
het veranderproces van een individu;
het veranderproces van een organisatie;
het betrekken van en communiceren met stakeholders in een verandertraject;
verandermanagement in de praktijk.
Bovendien bereidt de training u voor op het succesvol afleggen van het Change Management Foundation examen.
Studiebelasting en lesmethode
