Deelnemers ontdekken tijdens dit In Charge Program van The Recharge Club in 3 halve dagen wat hen energie (gevers) geeft en kost (vreters). Ze leren grenzen stellen, ritme vinden in het werk en goed omgaan met herstel. Thema’s zijn o.a. energiemanagement, in charge zijn, omgaan met prestatiedruk, je eigen batterij kennen en goed gebruiken. Daarnaast leren deelnemers hun eigen waarden en die van de organisatie beter begrijpen, deze eigen te maken en effectief te communiceren binnen hun rol. Alles om zowel ambitieus als opgeladen te zijn.  Dag 1 — Fundamentals Dag 1 van het In Charge Program draait om energiemanagement. De groep zoomt in op wat energie geeft en kost, hoe je beter luistert naar je lichaam en hoe je bewust kiest waar je naartoe wilt. Deelnemers ontdekken verschillende manieren om op te laden en onderzoeken wat voor hen werkt.
