Impact Mapping is a visual technique to help you to make better plans and roadmaps that ensures alignment of business and delivery and are easily adaptable to change. In this workshop we will start with the basic principles of an Impact Map. After this you will create an Impact Map based on a Case.
This workshop will help you to create your own Impact Maps and proofs that it will help you and your team to create more business value and a shared understanding.
