Deze cursus leert je werken met Bentley OpenRoads Designer: dé BIM-tool voor 3D wegontwerp, terreinmodellen, alignementen en corridors.
OpenRoads Designer Wegontwerp van Bentley Systems is een uitgebreide 3D-ontwerpsoftware voor civiele infrastructuur, ideaal voor wegen-, grondverzet- en afwateringsprojecten. Het platform combineert modellering, analyse en documentatie in één BIM-omgeving en integreert met MicroStation en OpenBridge. Gebruikers kunnen terreinmodellen, alignementen en corridors ontwerpen en geavanceerde analyses uitvoeren voor taluds, afwatering en volumes. Dankzij de parametrische structuur worden wijzigingen automatisch doorgevoerd in het hele model. OpenRoads ondersteunt moderne BIM-werkstromen, verhoogt de nauwkeurigheid via 3D-visualisaties en bespaart tijd door automatisering met corridor-templates en standaardprofielen. Het beheersen van deze tool biedt civieltechnische professionals grote meerwaarde door efficiëntere samenwerking, betere analyses en een geïntegreerde workflow van ontwerp tot uitvoering.
Dag 1: Introductie, Terreinmodel en Alignementen Kennismaken met de interface, projectstructuur en bestandsbeheer van OpenRoads Designer. Werken met terreinmodellen (importeren, creëren, bewerken). Begrijpen van horizontale en verticale alignementen als kern van het wegontwerp. Toepassen van geometrische ontwerpregels. Dag 2: Corridors, Templates en Output Opbouwen van corridors met behulp van templates. Automatisch genereren van dwarsprofielen, volumes en terreinaanpassingen. Analyseren van afwatering, hellingen en grondverzet. Visualiseren en rapporteren van het model voor ontwerpcontrole en presentatie. Exporteren van ontwerpgegevens en genereren van tekeningen en rapportages. Integreren van resultaten binnen een BIM-omgeving met andere disciplines. Praktijkcase: Toepassen van alle stappen in een geïntegreerd wegontwerp.
Vaardigheid opdoen in het werken met OpenRoads Designer Wegontwerp, inclusief terreinmodellen, alignementen en corridors. Toepassen van parametrisch modelleren binnen wegontwerpen. Analyse en visualisatie van ontwerpresultaten voor controle en presentatie. Exporteren van gegevens en samenwerken binnen BIM-werkstromen. In staat zijn een volledig wegontwerp te modelleren, analyseren en presenteren in OpenRoads Designer.

OpenCities Map is de GIS-oplossing van Bentley Systems voor het creëren, beheren en analyseren van geografische datasets. Het combineert de nauwkeurigheid van CAD met de kracht van GIS, waardoor gebruikers zowel technische tekeningen als geografische informatie in één omgeving beheren. De software ondersteunt uiteenlopende dataformaten zoals ESRI SHP, MapInfo en Oracle Spatial, en biedt functies voor werken met vooraf gedefinieerde features, topologie-opschoning, coördinaatsystemen en thematische analyses. Dag 1: Introductie en Basisvaardigheden Introductie OpenCities Map en de relatie met MicroStation. Interface, projectstructuur en kaartbeheer. Werken met Map Manager en Command Manager. Werken met vooraf gedefinieerde features (plaatsen en bewerken). Importeren en combineren van GIS-formaten (SHP, MapInfo, Oracle Spatial). Lagenbeheer en basisinstellingen voor coördinaatsystemen. Dag 2: Analyseren, Presenteren en Afronden Topologie opschonen en kwaliteitscontrole van datasets. Werken met coördinaatsystemen en (indien nodig) transformaties. Ruimtelijke analyses (selecties, buffers, overlays) voor inzicht in patronen en relaties. Thematische weergaven en labeling voor informatieve kaarten. Voorbereiden van kaarten voor afdruk en digitale publicatie met printkaders. Samenvattende oefening: zelfstandig een complete GIS-kaart samenstellen van data-import tot eindpresentatie.
Geografische data samenstellen, bewerken en beheren in OpenCities Map. Effectief gebruik van Map Manager en Command Manager. Integreren van diverse GIS-formaten tot één consistente kaart. Toepassen van coördinaatsystemen en uitvoeren van topologie-opschoning. Uitvoeren van ruimtelijke analyses en maken van thematische kaarten. Kaarten voorbereiden voor print en digitale publicatie, inclusief printkaders. Zelfstandig een complete GIS-kaart opleveren van import tot presentatie.
