People make hundreds of decisions every day. Some choices in companies have long-term consequences. With big data and smart technology, the decision-making process is changing. During this three-day, English-language course, you will learn new ways of thinking so that your decisions remain relevant.

During this training, you will explore different ways of thinking and reasoning in management. To do this, we will use recent developments in big data and artificial intelligence (AI). You will learn decision-making skills that allow you to focus on your market, make strategic progress and influence customers. Together, we will look at the elements of management decision-making such as thinking about and with big data, rational and irrational human behavior with regard to product information and prices, and the social aspect of decision-making.

After this course, you will be able to:

* identify 'illusions of understanding' within your organization, and better recognize and deal with the unconscious biases that cause them
* adapt your organization's decision-making process to the latest technology, such as AI and machine learning
* ensure your organization benefits from the latest research into how consumers make choices about money, time, products and services * deal with uncertainty and risk, and get the point out of a message
